Black Desert recently listed some of the issues that gamers have had with Xbox One and how to fix them. 
Below is an issue of currently known issues in Black Desert for Xbox One:
 
There is an issue where when the network is unstable, the UI will not be displayed correctly. 
There is an issue where you cannot check the effects and duration of the gold bar exchange buffs in certain churches. 
There is an issue where minigame UI and the buff icon overlap.
In the Pearl Shop, even though you navigate between Outfit set to each individual outfit item, the description does not change like the was it supposed to.
There is an issue where in certain situations, the world map will be displayed with a yellow filter when HDR mode is enabled. 
There is an issue where unusual light effects appear when HDR mode is activated.
There is an issue where the following skills for Ninja do not apply stealth when holding LS↑: Shuriken: Moon Dive and Ninjutsu: Oni Shadow.

 

[Resolved Issues]
Currently, there is only one way of getting Old Moon Camping Anvil, which is crafting in the Residence in Tarif - Residence 2-2 1st floor, Old Moon Workshop.
There is an issue where the Guild Menus will reset to the top when the Guild Voice Chat options have been activated.
There is an issue where you cannot start the [Crossroad] Goblins at the Ruins quest.
There is an issue where when recovering max durability with the same item, while having memory fragments in your inventory will cause the max durability to not pass 90.
There is an issue where in the German language settings, crafting notes appear in English.
